Capture

EchoAnalysis is a complete echocardiogram analysis tool. It can acquire both analog and digital studies from any NTSC standard video source or DICOM digital image. It can even import AVI, MOV and many other movie formats. Capture single images or unlimited length video clips using an advanced analog to digital capture device capable of adjutable image filtering (brightness and contrast adjustments, sharpness, color saturation, etc) during capture.

View and Mode

Instead of presenting the user with one very long list of possible measurements, EchoAnalysis lists only those measurements that are relevant to the view (parasternal long axis, LV outflow, etc) and mode (2D, M-mode or spectral). This allows for increased accuracy and speed.

Calibrate

2D, M-mode and spectral images require different calibration methods. EchoAnalyis can handle them all. Calibrations can be applied to a single image or an entire clip, thereby avoiding recalibration. Calibrations can be stored and reapplied to different images or clips. Re-calibration of an image automatically updates any measurements performed on that clip

Measure

Distance, area, volume, velocity, slope, time, etc

2D image measurements include point-to-point distance, area and Simpson's rule volumes. M-mode introduces time measurements and slopes. Spectral Doppler measures have velocity, time, VTI, and slope measures.

Display only the measurements you need

No searching through long lists of measurements to find what you need. Pick from the list, make the measurement and move on. Re-measure, measure on different frames in different views - EchoAnalysis will keep track for you.

Zoom, Grab, Scrub and Ghost

EchoAnalysis's design acclerates analysis

Zoom in on an image, grab and slide the image to the correct location. Scrub through mulitple frames of a clip rather than try to capture the exact right frame using the VCR. Overlay one image with another using our ghost feature - more accurate wall motion assessment for EF calculations.

Web services allow data integration

Send the data to the HIS, or let the HIS get the results. Integrate with your existing systems to avoid repeatedly rekeying the same data.

Make Qualitative Assessments

Measurements aren't everything

Assessments of overall quality, presence or absence of certain findings or qualitative estimates of ejection fraction are critical to clinical trials, but not handled as measurements. Qualitative assessments are completely user-definable and are stored along with the measurement data.
